Ring size guide

The most reliable way to find a ring size is to be measured by a jeweller. It takes a minute, it is complimentary, and you can do it at any appointment.

Fingers change through the day and with temperature, so measure at the end of the day when your hands are warm, and avoid measuring when you are cold.

If there is a ring that already fits the right finger, measure the inside diameter from edge to edge with a ruler, in millimetres. Then find the closest match in the chart below.

Or simply bring the ring to the showroom and we will size it for you exactly.

• Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of the finger.
• Mark where it overlaps, keeping it snug but not tight.
• Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. That is the circumference.
• Make sure it will slide over the knuckle, then match it to the chart below.

String can stretch, so treat this as a guide and choose the larger size if you are between two.

• Borrow a ring they wear on the same finger and bring it to us, or draw around the inside of it on paper.
• Ask a close friend or family member, who may know or can find out.
• Most women’s engagement rings are between J and N. If in doubt, size M is a sensible starting point.
