Our promise

Every piece we make is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for its lifetime. If a stone works loose, a setting fails or a clasp stops working because of how the piece was made, we will repair it free of charge, or replace it if a repair is not possible.

The warranty does not cover everyday wear, accidental damage, loss or theft, or work carried out by another jeweller. If something happens that is not covered, we will still look at it and give you an honest quote.

Your first resize is free within 60 days of delivery or collection, for up to two sizes up or down. After that, or for bigger changes, we will give you a quote before any work starts.

A few designs, such as full eternity rings, cannot be resized. We will always tell you before you order.

You can exchange your piece within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition.

If you ordered online, you can also cancel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Pieces made to your own design, engraved or altered to your specification are not covered by change-of-mind returns.

If anything has a manufacturing or design fault, we will refund or repair it. To arrange a return, email hello@platformjewellers.com or call us.

UK delivery is free, fully insured and signed for. The outer packaging is plain, so nothing gives the surprise away. Inside, your piece arrives in our signature box.

You are also welcome to collect from our Hatton Garden showroom. Need it by a particular date? Call us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Bring your piece to the showroom whenever you like for a complimentary professional clean and a check of its claws and settings. It is the easiest way to keep it looking as it did on day one.

All our diamonds are ethically sourced and certified. We are happy to talk you through the certificate of any stone, in person or over the phone.
