Some of the most meaningful pieces we make begin with a sketch, a photograph saved on a phone, or a ring that once belonged to someone you love. Bring us whatever you have.
We listen, ask the right questions and turn it into something that is entirely yours. You work with the same small team from the first conversation to the day you collect it, and every piece is made in Hatton Garden.

From idea to heirloom
Five considered steps, with your approval at every one. Nothing is made until you are completely happy.

Consultation
We sit down together in the showroom to talk through your ideas, your budget and how the piece will be worn. Bring sketches, photos or pieces you love.

Design drawing
We create a detailed CAD drawing so you can see exactly how the finished piece will look, and make any changes before anything is made.

Wax model
Once you approve the design, we make a wax model to the exact specification, so you can hold it and see it on your hand in real life.

Crafted by hand
When you are completely happy, our craftsmen make your piece in Hatton Garden, with the stones you have chosen together.

Your moment
We present your finished piece in the showroom, polished and ready, or deliver it to you fully insured and signed for.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Many clients arrive with a feeling rather than a design. We will show you shapes, settings and stones until it comes together.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Typically 4 to 6 weeks from first design to finished piece. If you have a date in mind, tell us and we will be honest about what is possible.
How much does a bespoke piece cost?
It depends entirely on the stone and the setting. We work to your budget and will tell you honestly what is achievable at any figure.
Can I remodel a piece I already own?
Yes. Many of our commissions start with an inherited or unworn piece. We can reuse the stones, the metal, or both.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your consultation is complimentary, one-to-one with a jeweller, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Where do your diamonds come from?
All our diamonds are ethically sourced and certified. We will talk you through the certificate of any stone we show you.
