• Do I need an appointment?
  No, but we recommend it. Booking means a jeweller is set aside for you, with the right stones and settings ready when you arrive.
• How long does an appointment take?
  Around 45 minutes for a showroom visit, or 20 minutes for a phone consultation. There is no obligation to buy.
• How long does a bespoke ring take to make?
  Typically 4 to 6 weeks from first design to finished piece, though we can often work faster if you have a date in mind. Tell us your timeline and we will be honest about what is possible.
• What if I do not know her ring size?
  Very common, and not a problem. We can work from a ring she already wears, or size the finished piece afterwards. First resize is included.
• How much does a bespoke ring cost?
  It depends entirely on the stone and setting. We work to your budget rather than the other way around, and we will tell you honestly what is achievable at any figure.
• Where do your diamonds come from?
  All our diamonds are ethically sourced and certified. We are happy to talk you through the certification of any stone we show you.
• Can I bring in an old piece to remodel?
  Yes. Many of our commissions start with an inherited or unworn piece. We can reuse the stones, the metal, or both.
• Do you offer finance?
  Please ask when you book and we will talk you through the options available.
