Do you make engagement rings in-house?
Yes, every Platform Jeweller ring is crafted to order in our workshop in London, where our goldsmiths, gemmologists and designers work side by side to create each ring with exceptional care and precision. Unlike many other jewellers who now outsource production, we craft every ring in-house to preserve the authenticity and artistry the area is known for.

Do you offer lab grown diamonds for engagement rings?
Yes, at Platform Jewellers, we offer both natural and lab grown diamonds.
We ethically source all our diamonds, and whichever route you choose, our gemologists will guide you through the differences, benefits and best options for your engagement ring.
How long does it take for a custom engagement ring to be made?
The manufacturing process takes around 4-5 weeks, so give yourself 6-7 weeks for the whole process so that you have time to decide on your design and place the order.
Alternatively, we offer stock rings in our store available immediately.
